Get Moving

Do you know someone who is starting or going through cancer treatment and could benefit from taking part in our 12-week wellbeing support programme? Big C’s Get Moving programme is designed to increase physical activity with weekly online exercise classes and regular 1:1 support.

Who is the programme for?

The programme is suitable for anyone aged 18 years and over who would like to get more active at any stage of their cancer treatment: pre, during, or after.

We will always ensure it’s safe and appropriate for you to participate, and you will be invited to a 1:1 session before you start the programme to ensure it’s right for you.

One to one phone call

A discussion on what you’d like to achieve by taking part.

Weekly group exercise sessions

These will be held online.

Regular 1:1 support

We’ll support you all the way, helping you to increase your physical activity as you go.

Essential Flavour

We’ve been working with Co-Founder of Life Kitchen, Ryan Riley, and together have produced a 15-recipe cook book, which is available for anyone affected by cancer and the cost-of-living crisis.

You can download your copy free of charge from our website, or order your free copy (£3 p&p fee applies) and we’ll send it out to you within 3 working days.
