King’s Lynn

Assistant Shop Manager, King’s Lynn

We’re looking for two enthusiastic individuals with a keen eye for retail and a flair for customer service to help grow our newest shop in King’s Lynn. Working closely with the Shop Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in the day-to-day running of the store – from inspiring and supporting our fantastic team of volunteers to showcasing the best of our donated treasures. If you’re commercially minded, love working with people, and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Where: Big C Shop, King’s Lynn

Salary: £8,998.08 to £13,606.32 per annum (depending on contracted hours, skills and experience)

Norwich

People Coordinator (HR & Volunteering) – Maternity Cover

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further develop or apply your HR expertise within a supportive, purpose-driven charity. As People Coordinator (Maternity Cover), you’ll play an important role in keeping our People services running smoothly, supporting colleagues and volunteers who make a real difference in our community. Working as part of a small and friendly People Team, you’ll work across a broad range of HR activities in a hands-on and varied role. This role is due to start early May, or sooner if available, to allow a handover period before the maternity leave begins.

Where: Big C Head Office, Centrum, Norwich Research Park

Salary: £25,902 to £28,583 (subject to skills and experience)
