Sheringham

Shop Manager, Sheringham

Big C are seeking a commercially aware Shop Manager to manage the day to day running of our busy seaside town shop in Sheringham, including supervising a small team of staff and volunteers and making the most of donated items.

Where: Big C Shop, Sheringham

Salary: From 1st April 2025, £23,205.42 to £25,902.14 per annum

Wymondham, Norfolk

Donation Centre Assistant

This is an opportunity for a part-time Donation Centre Assistant to join our Big C retail team. You will support the successful day-to-day operations of the Donation Centre where you will help deliver high-quality customer service, making the most of donations to maximise sales and profit, and delivering a first-class distribution service. This will include effective sorting, selection, storage, and distribution of donated goods.

Where: Big C Distribution Centre, Allenbrookes Way, Wymondham

Salary: National Minimum Wage for age. From 1st April, £7.55 to £12.21 per hour.

Norwich

Support and Information Officer (Part-time, Norwich)

We have a fabulous opportunity for you as a part-time Support & Information Officer in our Charitable Operations team at our centres in Norwich. In this role, you can put your listening and advising skills to use supporting someone with a cancer diagnosis or their loved ones.

Where: Big C Centre, NNUH

Salary: £22,725.32 to £23,205.42 per annum, full time equivalent. (£18,180.26 to £18,564.34 actual)

Norwich

Counselling Coordinator

Do you have a level 4 diploma in counselling, the ability to coordinate services and a passion for supporting people affected by cancer? If so, we have a fabulous opportunity for you as a Counselling Coordinator where you can put your knowledge and skills to use for a meaningful cause.

Where: Big C Centre, NNUH

Salary: £28,583.75 to £32,262.30 FTE (£22,867.00 to £25,809.84 part time)

Norwich, Norfolk

People Coordinator (HR & Volunteering)

This is a wonderful opportunity for a people specialist to join Big C as People Coordinator. As part of a small people team, you will report to the People Manager, within the Corporate Services directorate, acting as the first point of contact for employee and manager enquiries on recruitment, training and policies. With the support of Big C’s People Administrator, you will coordinate the maintenance of effective processes and administration relating to Big C’s people operations (including HR and volunteering).

Where: Big C Head Office, Centrum, Norwich Research Park

Salary: £25,902.14 to £28,583.75 (subject to skills and experience)
