Leading research and support charity, Breast Cancer Now, is launching a new service with Big C in Norwich for people with incurable secondary breast cancer.
Canaries legend Grant Holt has teamed up with local recruitment firm ARC to walk an incredible 100 miles in aid of Big C Cancer Charity, starting on Easter Monday.
On Thursday 16th March, a group of people with a cancer diagnosis and their supporters, enjoyed a morning of cooking with local cancer charity, Big C, at the Charles Burrell Centre in Thetford.
Big C will be holding two Volunteer Open Days at our shops in Fakenham and Wymondham to encourage people to drop in and find out more about volunteering with Big C.
Big C will be joining the ‘WOW’ Bus (Wellness on Wheels) in Lowestoft. The charity will be offering free support to those who may have questions about cancer and raising awareness of the signs and symptoms of cancer to promote earlier diagnosis.
Big C is now accepting The Charity Shop Gift Card — the only nationally accepted, multi-retailer gift card that can be spent exclusively in charity shops. The Charity Shop Gift Card is a not-for-profit that has been developed and launched in association with the Charity Retail Association.

Norfolk County Council’s reuse shops are supporting Big C, with a proportion of the proceeds from reuse shops is being donated and will support the charity’s vital role in providing support to anyone affected by cancer in Norfolk.
A weekend of family fun days is taking place on 6-7 April in Great Yarmouth and Gorleston, offering people the opportunity to learn more about their bodies, squeeze through a giant inflatable Big Bum and jump into life-sized educational arcade games as part of a health awareness initiative.
