Palliative Care Programme

Our Palliative Care Programme can support you from the point of diagnosis and help you and your family navigate into the future, for however long you need us.

How does the programme work?

Our support team can work with you to ensure you receive the right support, whether that’s attending a support group, or having 1:1 sessions or counselling. The programme is tailored to the individual, so we’ll suggest ways we can support you that works for you.
