Are you taking part in this year’s Run Norwich, why not raise money for Big C at the same time?

Sunday 16th July 2023

The Forum, Millenium Plain, Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 1TF

Run Norwich is a 10-kilometre road race organised by Norwich City FC’s official charity partner the Community Sports Foundation, that takes place in the heart of Norwich’s beautiful and historic city centre. The route passes some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including Norwich Castle, The Forum, Norwich Cathedral, and many more.

If you choose to fundraise for us, we will send you a free running top/vest, to wear on the day, we’ll support you with your fundraising and support you every step of the way.

Somebody on a fundraising run for Big C.

Running a 10K is an incredible achievement. The earlier you start your training, the better, and there are plenty of guides around to help you prepare.

If you need any help with your training, our fundraising team can advise you on training plans and how best to get ready for the challenge.

When will I get my race number?

You can pick your race number up from The Forum on Friday 14th July (9am-6pm) or Saturday 15th July (9am -4pm).

Are there water stations and first aid points on the route?

There are three first aid points and water stations on the route:

  • Carrow Road – 3.5 km
  • Norwich Cathedral – 7.5km
  • Finish Line – 10km

A full medical team is also based at the Race Village at Chapelfield Gardens post-race.

There’s no better way to see the fine city of Norwich, it was my first time doing the race last year and it was incredible, the perfect opportunity to raise money for local people affected by cancer!
