Wellbeing activities
We host a range of wellbeing activities which are open to anyone affected by cancer in Norfolk and surrounding areas.
From nutrition to exercise, there’s an array of options to explore. Some classes take place online via Zoom, others are in person with the option to socialise afterwards with people going through similar experiences.
Nourish & Nurture
Do you know someone who is affected by cancer and could benefit from taking part in our nutrition and wellbeing programme?
Get Moving
Get Moving is a wellbeing support programme to increase your physical activity with a weekly online exercise classes and regular 1:1 support.
Tackle Cancer
Join us at the Football Development Centre in Bowthorpe for a walking football and support group for people affected by cancer.
Feel Good Friday
Feel Good Friday is a monthly get together at our City Support Centre in Norwich.
It offers the chance to exercise in person and take part in a nutrition workshop.
Fishing for wellbeing
Welcoming and inclusive fishing sessions for those who want to get outside and spend time doing a physical activity. No experience needed.
Monthly sessions, from April – September.

Our Big C Centres at the Norfolk & Norwich Hospital, in Norwich city centre, Great Yarmouth and King’s Lynn are open Monday to Friday 9am – 4.30pm (excluding bank holidays).

Time to relax with our complementary therapies
We offer a range of therapies to individuals affected by cancer, to help ease some of the physical, psychological and emotional side effects.
Choose from gentle massage, relaxation, reflexology and reiki.
