Nourish & Nurture

Do you know someone who is affected by cancer and could benefit from nutrition support? Big C’s Nourish & Nurture offering provides advice on healthy eating, how best to manage common eating issues, practical food preparation skills and wellbeing advice.

How can you get nutrition support?

Nourish & Nurture support can be online, face-to-face, in a support group at our centres or in the community.

Our nutritionist will support you throughout the sessions and is on hand to help at any stage.

Nutrition support is available whenever needed, whether that is pre-treatment, during, post-treatment and beyond.
