Nourish & Nurture

Do you know someone who is affected by cancer and could benefit from taking part in our nutrition and wellbeing programme? Big C’s Nourish & Nurture programme provides advice on healthy eating, how best to manage common eating issues, practical food preparation skills, physical activity and wellbeing advice.

How does the programme work?

Group sessions are held weekly on Zoom. They take place on Tuesdays from 10 – 11.30am and there are four sessions in total.

Working closely with oncology dieticians from Norfolk & Norwich University Hospitals and other health care professionals, the Big C team will support you throughout the sessions and be on hand to help at any stage throughout the programme.
