Feel Good Friday is a monthly get together at our City Support Centre in Norwich. It’s a flexible and fun way to improve your wellbeing, socialise and relax in uplifting surroundings.

What happens at a session?

Sessions are aimed to arm you with information and takeaway tips to improve wellbeing; whether it’s how to stress less or sleep better. Feel Good Friday gives you the opportunity to try accessible exercise and increase your nutrition know-how.

Feel Good Friday sessions are hosted the last Friday of every month at our Norwich City Support Centre.
