Run Henham

The breathtaking Run Henham is organised by EPIC Norfolk and held within the grounds of the private, stunning Henham Park (home to Latitude Festival), with a 10k or 1k fun run.
Situated in the heart of Suffolk, close to Southwold, you will get to see the park grounds in all of its autumn glory.
FREE 10k place (if you commit to raising a minimum of £100 sponsorship)

Running a race is an incredible achievement. The earlier you start your training, the better, and there are plenty of guides around to help you prepare for your 10k.
Once your place is confirmed, our fundraising team can advise you on training plans and how best to get ready for the challenge.
