The Norwich Colour 5k enjoys a bright and colourful comeback raising £1,900 for Big C

Saturday 3rd July 2021 saw the return of the Norwich Colour 5k Fun Run which had to be cancelled in 2020 due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Big C is delighted to announce that over £1,900 was raised for the charity through the event which is organised by Inspire Races. Around 300 participants took on the 5k course which involved being covered in a different colour of paint powder at each kilometre marker.

Tom Holmes, Events & Engagement Manager at Big C cancer charity said;  “This event is always such a bright and colourful one and I think particularly after recent times, it’s just been amazing to see people enjoying themselves and seeing the smiles on their faces. Next year will be the 10th Norwich Colour 5k and we’re really looking forward to teaming up with Inspire Races again and being part of the fun. I’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who fundraised for us or donated at the event and also to our brilliant volunteers who did such a great job.”
