The Wellbeing Programme is a rolling programme of weekly sessions with different professionals. Each gives information on their subjects relative to a cancer patient. There is time for questions and discussion. Currently, we have sessions run by Physiotherapist (balance rest and activity), Dietician (getting the best out of your diet), Occupational Therapist (helping you cope with anxiety and stress), Occupational Health Advisor (all about work and cancer) and a Pharmacist (understanding your medication - including chemotherapy).
Patients and carers can book the session or sessions you feel are most useful for you. They are usually held on a Monday between 1.30pm and 3.30pm at the
Big C Centre.
