At Big C we know that cancer can affect us all in many different ways. You or someone you know may have just been diagnosed or finished treatment, you may be caring for someone with cancer, or worried about upcoming treatments.
It’s natural to have questions, concerns and worries. Whether you want reliable information about something particular, or you just need to talk to someone about what you or your loved ones are going through, you can now call our new Telephone Support Line to speak to our Support Team or a Big C Nurse.
Our staff are available at the end of the phone, with local knowledge and expertise to help answer any questions you may have, from the comfort of your own home.

Calls are free of charge from all consumer landlines and mobile phones.

If you use Next Generation Text Service (NGT*) you can contact our support line by dialling 18001 0800 092 7640.

The cost of making phone calls through the Next Generation Text (NGT) Service depends on your telephone service provider. Providers may include these calls in your calls bundles or free call minutes. If you have any questions about your call charges or billing please contact your phone service provider, their contact details will be on your phone bill.

Data Collection
Big C will sometimes collect information about calls. This informs us of the groups of people who uses our support and help us develop our services in the future. Any information collected will be handled securely, no identifiable information will be shared with a third party unless you consent for us to do so.
