Tai Chi

If you're being treated for cancer, you know all too well what the side effects of both treatment and cancer itself can have on your body and mind. Tai chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements that studies have shown to help reduce stress, increase energy improve balance and mobility.

Tai chi is a low-impact form of exercise, which means it won’t put much pressure on your bones and joints and most people should be able to do it.
