Join Medical Herbalist Alex Hobbs and Nutritional Therapist Catherine Jeans for a delicious workshop, where they'll be showing you nourishing and sustaining recipes to keep your energy levels up. 

You'll be able to taste breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and drinks that are both nutritious and tasty to help boost energy levels.
