When you or someone close to you is diagnosed with cancer, you may find it difficult to talk about. It's important to find the space and opportunity to talk through things with someone, in a safe, non-judgemental place.

Big C are here to help you talk through any thoughts, anxieties or worries troubling you. With specialist counsellors in all our Centres we can help.

Counselling support is a structured therapy, it allows you a private space and the opportunity to explore feelings and emotions in a confidential one to one setting.

You can talk to a counsellor about any issue, without worrying about what someone may think. If you receive counselling through Big C, it will help you find ways to make your own decisions and choices in moving foward.
