Skin cancer

Skin cancers vary in frequency and severity and can be slow growing, like the basal cell carcinomas that make up roughly 80% of skin cancer cases in the UK.1 A much more aggressive form is malignant melanoma, which is rare but increasing rapidly.  The most common cause of skin cancer is damage caused by UV radiation.  Above are some of the skin cancer projects funded by Big C.
