Give Thanks Ceremony

Give Thanks is a beautiful ceremony being held purely so we can give thanks for the people we love so much. Cancer is life-changing, but we want to come together to give thanks that we have had the opportunity to know the people we have loved and lost and for those who are still fighting, as well as those who have fought and won.

The ceremony is being held on the 25th November at St. John's Cathedral, Norwich. Despite being held at the Catholic Cathedral, we'd like to ensure that all people feel welcome, regardless of religion. The ceremony is for all.

There will be a torch-lit procession from City Hall to the Cathedral, starting at 6.15pm. Please arrive at or before 6.15pm on the Bethel Street entrance of City Hall. Don't forget to bring your torch.

We will process to the Cathedral in time for the service which starts at 7pm.

There will be  a children's choir, readings, prayers and a chance to light a candle for your loved one and place it on the Give Thanks tree.

There will also be refreshments available.

Tickets are free (and you can turn up on the day without a ticket) but we suggest, if you intend to come, to let us know by clicking through below (or calling us on 01603 619900), to make sure you've secured your place. You will be linked to an email. Please let us now how many tickets you'd like.

If you wish, you could also make one of the suggested donations. You will be taken to our online shop. If you wish to make a donation, please add the ticket plus donation amount you'd like to your basket. Don't forget to also register for your other free tickets if you'd like more than one.

Thank you so much for your interest and see you on the 25th.
