On it visitors will find vintage knitting and dress making patterns, vintage doilies and tablecloths as well as rolls of curtain and dress-making fabrics, wools, ink stamps, old textile books, vintage cotton reels and lots of finishing touches – laces and ribbons, as well as a few handmade craft items, many of which have been donated via Big C’s Craft Supplies Store at the Wymondham Furniture Emporium.
Jo ford who volunteers at the Store said: “This is a wonderful opportunity to pick up some competitively priced fabrics and finishing touches. Big C is grateful to Katie Harrowven for her generosity.” Other stall holders are being asked if they would donate any unwanted items at the end of the event to the Big C for us in the Store which is frequented by many schoolchildren for educational projects.
