Three GP surgeries (that form the Castle Partnership) are holding special open days for their patients in August and September.
There will be information ranging from how to manage asthma and diabetes to where to turn when you need a bit of extra support - such as health, housing, finances and a whole range of other day to day issues that we all face. Health care staff and people from voluntary groups who provide local services will be on hand to answer general questions.
The aim is to help people know where to turn - so they can remain independent and be more confident in managing their own health and family life.
If you normally attend Mile End Road, Tuckswood or the Gurney surgeries you are invited to come along and find out more:
Big C will be attending these Open Days and have an information stand. If you are affected by cancer and would like to find out more about the support available to you in Norfolk, visit our stand to find out more. A member of the team from our Norwich Big C Centre will be at each open day.
